We hope you love your new Hey, Pretty You Jewelry! However, if you’re not completely happy with it or you simply change your mind, we are more than happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
We truly want to provide the best experience to our customers so our number one priority is to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What can I return?
We accept returns on all items - including earrings - as long as they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings that have been worn.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
How do I return my item(s)?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@heyprettyyou.com. Returns should be sent to our warehouse in Espoo, Finland, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
