1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your parcel to return items for a full refund. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
2. Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible items, ensuring that returning an item is simple and cost-effective for you.
3. Condition of Items
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage, or are returned incomplete, may not be eligible for a refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
4. How to Return
- Log into your account on our website.
- Navigate to the "Orders" section.
- Select the order and items you wish to return.
- Submit your request, and we’ll email you a pre-paid return label.
- Print the label and drop off the parcel at your preferred location.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your return. However, depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days, particularly during busy holiday seasons.
