Free shipping

All domestic (Finland) orders over €39 after any discount is applied will receive free shipping. Orders below €39 will incur a flat-rate €6.9 shipping charge for standard shipping.

All EU orders over €99 after any discount is applied will receive free shipping. Orders below €99 will incur a flat-rate €14.9 shipping charge for standard shipping. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes & fees.

All International (United States, Canada, and Australia) orders over €99 after any discount is applied will receive free shipping. Orders below €99 will incur a flat-rate €24.9 shipping charge for standard shipping. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes & fees.

Order processing

While we typically offer same or next business day processing on all orders (not including weekends or holidays), it may take 1-2 additional business days to pack and ship your order during peak periods. If you need an item by a certain date, please order early to avoid disappointment.

Please enter your official and permanent address as address information. If you want the shipment somewhere other than your permanent address, you must use the c/o notation in the shipment.

Shipping time estimates

Finland: 3-5 business days after processing time.

International markets: 8-15 business days after processing time.

Tracking your order  

We use Posti service to ship your order within Finland and Asendia for international markets. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the parcel is shipped.

Wrong address (Return to sender)

If your order is returned by the shipping company because they could not deliver to the address you provided, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.

Refusing delivery (Return to sender)
